Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FundJobs.co (the "Service"), a career marketplace for the asset management, hedge fund, private equity and wider fund services industry. By creating an account, browsing roles, applying to a role, or submitting hiring enquiries, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Candidate accounts are for individuals only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that are used for fraudulent, abusive or automated activity.

Listings on FundJobs.co may be submitted directly by employers or collected from publicly available employer career feeds. We aim to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that a role is still open, that the details are complete, or that any application will receive a response. Applications are completed on the employer's own application page and are subject to that employer's process and policies.

Employers who submit roles agree to advertise only genuine vacancies and to comply with applicable employment, equal opportunity and advertising laws. Paid posting plans are described on the For Employers page. Fees are payable in advance, are for the plan period or role volume stated, and are non-refundable once a role has been published, unless required by law.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or republish listings or candidate data from the Service;
• post misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content;
• use the Service to send unsolicited marketing;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

The FundJobs.co name, design, and original content are owned by us. Employer names, logos and job content remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification and job-discovery purposes only.

The Service is provided "as is". We are not an employer, recruiter or agent for any employer, and we are not a party to any hiring decision, offer, or employment relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or loss arising from reliance on any listing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
